Fitting the Cap

To achieve maximum success with the Penguin Cold Cap it is essential that the cap is fitted correctly to the head.

Before fitting the cap it should be kneaded by hand to flatten it out as much as possible. This will take 2 to 3 minutes

The cap must be fitted snug to the head leaving no air gaps, A good test to ensure the Cap is tight fitting is to lean forward with the chin straps unfastened. It should not fall off the head. Re-fasten the chin straps.
