Cooling the Cap

To achieve maximum success with the Penguin Cold Cap it is essential that the caps are cooled to the correct temperature before use.

The Penguin Cold Caps should be stored in their keep boxes in a freezer which can cool to a temperature of minus 26 to minus 30 degrees centigrade. The caps should be stored in the freezer for 24 hours before use depending on the cooling capacity of the freezer.
