When a hospital or clinic does not offer the Penguin Cold Cap therapy treatment patients may rent the Penguin Cold Caps directly from Medical Specialties of California in London for the duration of their chemotherapy treatment.
There is a fixed monthly rental charge for a set of Penguin Cold Caps of £350 (approximately $500 depending on the exchange rate) regardless of how many Caps are required. A one off deposit of £400 (approximately $600) is required which is refunded when the caps are returned to us in good condition.
Please note: The user is responsible for the packing and delivery charges both from Medical Specialties of California’s nominated pick up address and the return of the Penguin Cold Caps to Medical Specialties of California’s nominated address.
Payment for the caps is made by credit card for which there is a 2.0% surcharge. We DO NOT accept American Express.
No guarantee can be given that hair loss will not occur and a disclaimer to this effect must be signed by the Penguin Cold Cap user and returned to Medical Specialties of California before the caps can be despatched.

Procedure for ordering Penguin Cold Caps.
Fill out our Order Form, making sure you fill in all the details required and send the form to us by clicking the 'Submit' button. You will be required to confirm that you have read our Terms and Conditions, our Disclaimer and give authorisation for us to deduct the monthly rental fee, initial deposit and packing and delivery charges from your credit/debit card.
